Who founded LG Industries?
Thierry Lelong is the founder of LG INDUSTRIES and its premium brand, KRONE by LG INDUSTRIES. As an expert in the bathroom sector, in 2004 he decided to bring his ideas to life. Numerous innovations were created, from the first glass shower cabin to the Walk-In Concept, the silicone-free cabin and the screwless cabin. Our two most recent innovations are PRODIGE (easy to transport in any city car thanks to its two cases: 115 x 11.4 x 80 cm and simple installation in 30 minutes) and the new SKY range, which can be adapted to your customer’s wishes, from a walk-in to a complete Cab’in. For almost 20 years, LG INDUSTRIES has been committed to its values of excellence with high-quality, durable products and a professional local service.
Where are we based?
LG Industries is located at the crossroads of Europe, in Phalempin, a town near Lille in Hauts-de-France. Our headquarters, showroom and warehouse are located on this site, as are all the support teams: design, sales, marketing, IT, communication, logistics and after-sales service.
What does our factory make?
LG INDUSTRIES specialises in the design and manufacture of bathroom products (showers, taps and baths), guaranteeing quality and durability.
We have internalised the entire production chain and control the entire value chain, from raw materials to after-sales service. Our factory is equipped with state-of-the-art production equipment. Our manufacturing processes are certified and our quality control process meets very precise specifications.
What logistical solutions do we offer?
For almost 20 years, we have been able to meet our customers’ logistics specifications. Our adaptability allows us to cater to all requirements. Thanks to the many stringent daily checks carried out by our teams of specialists, we have developed a long-standing relationship of trust with our customers.
Located at a European crossroads (Hauts-de-France), our 12,000m² warehouse is designed to guarantee the continuous availability of your chosen range. A permanent stock of 4,000 products (finished products: shower, taps and baths; after-sales parts for all products sold since 2004) is at your disposal.
We offer various logistics solutions: FOB Shanghai; CIF; DDP; EXW Phalempin (Hauts-de-France); XDOC, etc. Our transport partners deliver worldwide.

What about CSR?
Since LG INDUSTRIES was founded in 2004, we have naturally incorporated the social and environmental responsibility of our structure into our development.
In order to demonstrate our commitment from the outset, we embarked on a certification process. In 2022, following an external audit by EcoVadis, we were awarded the highest level of distinction: the PLATINUM medal, awarded to the top 1% of audited companies. Our factory has also been BSCI certified (Business Social Compliance Initiative to improve working conditions in international supply chains) for several years. An external audit by a world-renowned firm gave us an A rating in over 85% of the criteria for this certificate.
