With a view to continuous improvement, including ease of assembly and the intrinsic quality of components, LG INDUSTRIES integrates the entire manufacturing process. Major investments are made, including extrusion and anodizing for greater strength.
Laser cutting and forming of stainless steel profiles are also part of the process.
2014, LG Industries integrates Acryl thermoforming
To complement its in-house expertise, LG INDUSTRIES is reinforcing its production capacity with thermoforming.
Thermoforming is used to manufacture Lucite acrylic bathtubs and shower trays, a worldwide benchmark for superior quality.
2015, LG Industries integrates aluminum profile production
Profiles are anodized in-house. Anodizing creates a protective layer on the aluminum surface using an electrochemical process. This layer makes the aluminum more resistant to corrosion and allows it to be colored more easily. It's an armor that enables a palette of durable, long-lasting colors!
2016, our plant is BSCI certified

It provides a Code of Conduct and induces social audits based on internationally recognized principles to classify companies.
