Thierry LELONG is the founder of LG INDUSTRIES and its premium brand KRONE by LG INDUSTRIES. As an expert in the bathroom sector, he decided in 2004 to bring his ideas to life.
Numerous innovations were created, from the first glass shower enclosure to the Walk-In Concept, and from the silicone-free enclosure to the screwless enclosure.
Our two most recent innovations are PRODIGE (easy transport in any city car thanks to its two suitcases: 115×11.4x80cm and simple assembly: 30 min) and the original SKY range, which can be adapted to suit your customer's needs, from the walk-in to the complete Cab'in. LG Industries is located at the crossroads of Europe, in Phalempin, a town near Lille in the Hauts de France region.
Our headquarters, showroom and warehouse are located on this site, which also houses all our support teams: design, sales, marketing, IT, communications, logistics and after-sales service.

We have internalized the entire production chain, and control our entire value chain, from raw materials to after-sales service. Our factory is equipped with state-of-the-art production facilities. Located at a European crossroads (Hauts de France), our 12,000m2 warehouse is designed to guarantee the continuous availability of your referenced range. A permanent stock of 4,000 items (finished products: showers, taps and baths; after-sales parts for all products sold since 2004) is at your disposal.
We offer you various logistics solutions: FOB Shanghai; CIF; DDP; Départ Phalempin (Hauts de France); XDOC... Our transport partners deliver worldwide.

Since LG INDUSTRIES was founded in 2004, we have naturally incorporated the social and environmental responsibility of our structure into our development.
To demonstrate our commitment from the outset, we have embarked on a certification process. In 2022, 2023 and 2024, after an annual external audit by EcoVadis, we received the highest level of distinction: the Platinum medal, awarded to the TOP 1% of companies audited. Our plant has also been BSCI certified (Corporate Social Compliance Initiative to improve working conditions in international supply chains) for several years. An external audit by a world-renowned firm awarded us an A in over 85% of the criteria for this certification.

After-sales service
To report a faulty product, please contact us via our contact form, providing product details, a photo and a description of the problem encountered. We will assist you in the return and replacement process.
We offer a minimum 2-year standard warranty on all our products. This period varies depending on the product, and can be as long as 10 years. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, but does not cover wear and tear or defects in installation or use.
